What Is The Wahoo E-mail?
When your Engagement Letter is signed, the staff member who created the proposal will receive an email to let them know. This is called the 'Wahoo' email.
You might want to ensure another team member, or general admin address is included in these emails every time.
Sending The Wahoo Email To More Than One Team Member
Step 1: Go to Configure > Engagement Letters > Emails
Step 2: Scroll down to the staff email content
Step 3: Use the additionally e-mail to field to add other staff members to these emails
If you add more than one team member, then please ensure these are separated by a comma.
Step 4: Save your changes
Click the 'Save settings' button to ensure your changes are saved.
Sending Custom Wahoo Emails To More Than One Team Member
If you have customised your 'Wahoo' email within a template you may need to make sure that all the relevant staff members are still notified of an engagement letter acceptance.
Custom Wahoo Emails are the specific notification email that is sent when this particular template is used to create an Engagement Letter.

To check if you have any custom wahoo emails set up that may need amending, here's how to do it.
Step 1: Head to Configure > Templates & Emails
Step 2: Click the 'Edit button on a template
The edit button can be found to the far right of a template
Step 3: Scroll down to the 'Custom Wahoo Email' section.
If the Custom Wahoo Email feature toggled off there's nothing that needs to be edited.
If the Custom Wahoo Email feature is turned on, then see step 4.
Step 4: Check the 'Additionally email to' section
Add in any staff email addresses who may need to receive a notification of when a client accepts their Engagement Letter.

Step 5: Save your changes
Click the 'Save template' button to save your changes.
